You can donate via the button above, which will take you to our Paypal account (mail@wildfelids.org). Your donation can be a one-time occurrence or recurring. Donations also make great birthday gifts and ways to honor special occasions.

If you prefer to donate using a check, please mail the check to:
Wild Felid Advocacy Center of Washington

Shelton, WA 98584

Your donations will typically be used for the General Operating Fund, or for the following Restricted Funds.

Animal Care Fund

The animals who reside at WFAC require a large amount of funding to cover routine expenses, such as food, vitamins, bedding, habitat construction, and habitat maintenance. The ongoing development and procurement of items to augment their living space is also considered routine. The Animal Care Fund supports the basic needs, including comfort, of the wild cats at WFAC.

Veterinary FUnd

Many of our feline residents are geriatric (age 15+), and several require special diets, medicines, and/or veterinary visits to manage chronic conditions. Some cats arrive in need of medical procedures or diagnosis, which can be costly. The Veterinary Fund supports the resident's varied health care needs, including veterinary visits, lab work, medications, special diets, and special habitat needs.

Enrichment fund

Behavioral and Environmental Enrichment is a priority at WFAC. Each cat's preferences are recorded in a database to help maintain a successful enrichment program. Some cat's preferences are inexpensive, while some are costly. For example Enso (a Bobcat) enjoys cumin in a paper bag, while Suri (a Tiger) prefers a swimming pool. The Enrichment Fund supports giving the cats what they need to thrive.

Special PRojects

We are always improving habitats, both in size and content. WFAC goes way beyond what is required by law, and beyond what most facilities provide for wild felids.

When you visit, you will see that each cat lives in a natural space with several hiding places, a choice on where to sleep, a place to observe without being seen, trees, grass, hammocks, toys and anything else they need.
